Cllr Nathan Pardoe

Nathan Pardoe is from Winsford, where he lives with his family. He was first elected to Cheshire West and Chester Council to represent the Winsford Wharton ward in May 2019. He was then re-elected in May 2023 and appointed by the Council Leader as the Cabinet Member for inclusive economy, regeneration and digital transformation.

Nathan is a community leader who advocates for people and places and is passionate about community-led regeneration and placemaking, working on transformative regeneration projects in Chester, Ellesmere Port, Northwich, Winsford, and across Cheshire West. His professional background is in software development and systems architecture, and he is a community champion who has worked as a foodbank volunteer and charity trustee, helping families in crisis.
